Sara's difficult situation

Alright, this took longer than expected but I finally got to finishing it today! It's one of my main female characters, Sara Lance, in a... rather difficult situation. I don't know how I thought this up, I'd been thinking of doing a pic of a character in detainment of some sort but this is ridiculous

Also took the opportunity to try a new colouring technique: Copic AND Colour Pencils! And I think it's worked very well, especially seeing as I haven't used colour pencils in who-knows how long Made sure that detail was as... well, detailed... as possible, especially with the shadows. That's what usually gets at me, but not this time

The anatomy has come out well too, although I think she may be a bit long-torsoed... everything else is fine by me though!

OK, some backstory... Sara Lance is the younger sister of The Gunman, and lived at home alone for 3 months after 2 of those aliens broke into their home whilst looking for food, killing her parents. Her brother went after them, coming back after 3 months as The Gunman. She's usually a cheerful person, likes to help people, but used to get picked on in Educol for being too nice sometimes. After finding out her bro is The Gunman, she insists on trying to help him, getting herself the 'suit' that you see her wearing here. In this pic, she is about 19-20 years old, and got into this situation after enemies of The Gunman managed to capture her to use her as bait to get him too.

The device she is attached to is an especially designed detainment piece that almost completely immobilises a person, pressing them into a backward-bending shape. Because they are kneeling constantly with their arms stretched out, people tire out quickly, even though they are not moving. Sara here hasn't been attached to it very long, which is why she's quite up straight.
