Rathalos sketches

Well it seems I did manage some sketching the other day! Here are some sketches of Rathalos, the King of the Skies from the Monster Hunter series!

As with the Pokemon drawings, I've sourced these sketches from official sources, so that I can practice the anatomy of the beast more accurately, and therefore have a more accurate final piece. 

I tried to draw as much detail as possible on most of the sections I've drawn, and I think I did pretty well this time! I'm not usually so confident with deep, small details, but I thought I should at least have a go, at least just to practice.

I'd love to know what you think of this page! And hopefully I will get to work on the actual final piece I want to do with this guy too!
